Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LuckyMate (operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, registered in Curacao, Licence No. 8048/JAZ). By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. General Terms
1.1 LuckyMate is operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited, a company registered in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles, under Curacao eGaming Licence No. 8048/JAZ.
1.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LuckyMate governing your use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements.
1.3 LuckyMate reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
1.4 Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.5 LuckyMate is provided for entertainment purposes. The platform does not guarantee winnings or profits.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use LuckyMate. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
2.2 One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
2.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. LuckyMate is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
2.5 Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to register. It is your responsibility to verify that using LuckyMate is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Verification (KYC)
3.1 Identity verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. This includes valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence) and proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 3 months).
3.2 LuckyMate may request additional verification documents at any time in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
3.3 Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
3.4 LuckyMate reserves the right to close accounts where identity cannot be verified to the required standard.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum deposit: ₹500 for most methods. Maximum limits vary by payment method.
4.2 All deposits are credited in INR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction for cryptocurrency deposits.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("closed-loop rule"), in compliance with international AML requirements.
4.4 Minimum withdrawal: ₹1,000 for local methods. Processing times: 10–15 minutes (USDT/crypto), 30 minutes to 4 hours (UPI), 1–3 business days (bank transfer).
4.5 LuckyMate charges zero fees on deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment providers or blockchain network fees may apply independently.
4.6 Before a withdrawal is approved, your deposit amount must have been wagered at least once (1x deposit turnover) as an anti-fraud measure.
4.7 LuckyMate reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review. Players will be notified of any hold via email or Live Chat.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of claiming.
5.2 Standard wagering contributions: Slots = 100%. Table games and live casino = 5–10%. Crash games = check individual bonus terms. Sports bets = contribution varies by minimum odds.
5.3 Maximum bet while a bonus is active: ₹500 per spin/bet. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
5.4 Requesting a withdrawal while an unwagered bonus is active will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and all associated bonus winnings.
5.5 Bonus codes must be entered at the time of deposit. Retroactive application is not possible.
5.6 LuckyMate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
5.7 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
6. Sports Betting Rules
6.1 Pre-match bets are settled on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body.
6.2 Void bets: bets are voided and stakes refunded in the event of match abandonment without an official result.
6.3 DLS Method: in cricket, where a revised target is set using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets are settled on the official DLS result.
6.4 Dead Heat: where two or more selections tie for a position, winnings are divided proportionally.
6.5 Live (in-play) bets are settled on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed, subject to official confirmation.
6.6 Cash Out: where available, Cash Out allows early settlement at the current value. The accepted amount is final and cannot be reversed.
6.7 LuckyMate reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical failure or human error.
7. Casino Rules
7.1 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operating on the game provider's servers. LuckyMate has no access to or influence over game outcomes.
7.2 Crash games (Aviator, JetX, Plinko) use Provably Fair cryptographic algorithms. The round result is determined before the round begins and can be verified independently.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, bets that cannot be resolved are voided and stakes returned.
7.4 Game rules for each title are accessible via the information icon within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before wagering.
8. Prohibited Jurisdictions
8.1 Players who are residents of or physically located in the following jurisdictions are not eligible to use LuckyMate: United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
8.2 Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws before using the platform. LuckyMate does not provide legal advice.
9. Affiliate Links Disclosure
9.1 LuckyMate's website and marketing materials may be distributed by affiliate partners who earn commissions on referred registrations and deposits.
9.2 Accessing LuckyMate through an affiliate link does not affect your bonus entitlement, deposit or withdrawal terms, or any other aspect of your player experience.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on LuckyMate — including branding, logos, game assets, and written content — is the intellectual property of Anakatech Interactive Limited or its licensors.
10.2 Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of LuckyMate content is prohibited without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 LuckyMate is not liable for financial losses resulting from normal gambling outcomes.
11.2 LuckyMate is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failure, device malfunction, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
11.3 Maximum liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Account Suspension & Closure
12.1 LuckyMate reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without notice in cases of: multiple accounts, bonus abuse, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or violation of any provision of these Terms.
12.2 In cases of account closure due to violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time via the self-exclusion tool in Profile → Responsible Gaming, or by contacting support.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 In the event of a dispute, contact LuckyMate support via Live Chat or email support@luckymate.ink.
13.2 If unresolved within 48 hours, request escalation to a Senior Manager.
13.3 Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the Curacao eGaming licensing authority at gaming-curacao.com, referencing Licence No. 8048/JAZ.
14. Amendments
14.1 LuckyMate reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notification will be provided via email or platform announcement at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.
